Exercise equipment needed for at home program
This is a list of the exercise equipment that you will need to purchase in order to complete the at home workout program. If you have a gym membership and are doing the gym program you do not need to purchase these items. However it is always nice to have the option of working out at home if you can not make it to the gym.
